.An emotional “double” Chat with Gessica and Gianni who met the King of Pop in Montecarlo
Michael Jackson has inspired millions of people around the world, he is the artist the other artists look up to.
Meeting Michael Jackson may be considered quite an unreachable privilege, he’s the star among the stars, a dream that few, even in the entertainment world, can say they have achieved. I met two special people who have made it, drawing inspiration from such a life-changing meeting.
Here’s my interview with Gianni D’andria, now a professional dancer and Gessica Puglielli, co-founder of Aunt Betty.
Q: How many years have you been following Michael Jackson?
Gessica: My first memory of me falling in love with Michael Jackson is 1988, I was 11 y.o. At that time his movie Moonwalker was in the cinemas and I remember seeing the commercial on Tv, then one night I dreamt I was at his concert and the next day all I knew was I was a teenager in love with Michael Jackson’s magic. The point is, I’m 35 today and still adore him, so it’s been quite a long journey, you know.
Gianni: I’ve followed him for 32 years. I was 8 y.o.when I saw for the first time the Thriller video on TV. And… I must say thanks to Mum ’cause she was already listening to The Jacksons’ music, like the Victory album.
Q: When and where did you meet him?
Gessica: I met him in Monte-Carlo in May 2000, on the occasion of the World Music Awards.
Gianni: I met him Monte- Carlo in 1996, on the occasion of The World Music Awards.
Q: What was your first impression of the King of Pop being in front of you?
Gessica: Well, my first impression was that he’s kinda shy, but at the same time he would look me in the eyes with his deep black eyes. I was in awe and I realised that I was witnessing a kind of “encounter of the third kind”, in the sense that in front of me was this special soul, whose life has been so different from any other lives we may think of. I could feel the aura, the energy, there was something about him that really made you realise he was no common human being, not only for his amazing talent.
Gianni: I have seen many times Michael closely and I always had the impression that he was like a kind of ethereal figure, he looked like he was floating. As spiritual Masters. Meeting him gave me the idea he was really “human”, his physical presence, his gaze. You could still clearly perceive that magic and that aura that characterised him.
Gessica: Michael was handsome, taller than I thought, extremely kind and humble. His voice sounded much deeper than usual, his eyes undefinably deep. The media have portrayed him as a “monster” for so many years that people think he’s actually a freak, but he was far from anything like that. The beauty of his soul showed in his eyes and the features of his body.
Gianni: Black hat, black shirt and pants, his moccasins. He wore his mask for vitiligo. When I met him on the evening of the Music Awards, on the stairs of the hotel I was struck by his eyes. Black, deep and extremely communicative. His wonderful smile. A smile without any malice. Joyful and innocent … like a child’s smile.
Q: How did he welcome you?
Gessica: He was waiting for us at the door, when we approached the door he took a bow and shook our hands. Many so-called celebrities should really take his humbleness as a model.
Gianni: Mine was a special meeting, I had the chance to dance for him. He was kind, curious and he was scrutinising what I was doing. He looked at me and gave me 100% of his attention and occasionally commenting on my dance steps with his bodyguard. He smiled, sincerely pleased and amused. When I finished dancing he came over and hugged me like a brother. He was laughing, happy. He welcomed me as you would welcome a friend. Not even for a moment did he make weigh upon me the fact that he was Michael Jackson and I was Gianni.
Q:What did you talk about?
Gessica: I presented him with a beautiful painting of him and his son Prince. He was amazed by that, he really liked it a lot. After that, I gave him the magazines that my fan club used to distribute on a national scale. I was arm to arm with him, browsing the pages of the magazines and he would tell me what his favourite articles were (he really appreciated the Charlie Chaplin one). Then it was time for the photo. I asked him if we could take a photo and he said, “yes of course”. I hugged him during the photo, then asked if I could kiss him. He smiled, hugged me, and said “of course you can!” So what I did was pulling away the mask he had on his face and planted a kiss on his jaw while hugging him tight. Something I’ll never forget for the rest of my reincarnations.
Gianni: The thing that struck me the most is that he thanked me. Michael Jackson was thanking me! We were embracing and he kept thanking me whispering in my ear, “Thank you … thank you … I love you.” He was speaking softly, as if it was a unique moment, a moment that belonged only to us. He was shy, he often looked down while he was speaking. I was really very impressed.
Q: How was he acting during the meeting?
Gessica: At the beginning he looked shy, but then he was quite relaxed.
Gianni: Better than I could have ever imagined. I knew that Michael was a special man. He has deeply lived up to the moment with me. Humble, gentle, polite … maybe much more humble than me! He made me feel as if he was not Michael Jackson and I was Gianni, but simply two human beings in touch with the beauty of being “human beings” and share a special moment together.
Q: How did it feel to be so close to him?
Gessica: For a 23 yo girl who had been dreaming to meet him since she was a child? Well, you do the math. :-) Sometimes feelings are so strong that you don’t realise what’s happening, it’s a sort of “protection”. Anyway, I think at the moment I was the happiest person on the planet.
Gianni: It’s hard to say. Michael carry you away. It is not possible for me to talk about him in the past. He is there … he is here. Michael takes you into his world. The emotions went down inside of me like a waterfall. You know when you’re living a unique moment? The birth of a child … or when you meet the woman of your life. You know it’s a unique experience of a unique moment. With Michael I felt that.

Gessica: As I said before, much deeper than his “public” voice. It was normal man’s voice, he didn’t speak in a falsetto or anything like that.
Gianni: His voice gives you peace of mind. He speaks in a calm way, he knows how to put you at ease. Michael is a wonderful mix of looks, voice and gestures. You’re out of time, out of the world. You are in the presence of a Master, an enlightened person.
Q:How did you find the way to meet Michael Jackson? It’s not an easy task!
Gessica: Well, as founder of one of the most active and relevant European fan clubs, I had managed to visit the MJJ Productions Studios in Los Angeles, meet his then-manager and Vice President Bob Jones; we had an official collaboration with MJJ Productions so it was only a matter of time before I could speak to the man himself. When Jones told me Michael was coming to Europe for the World Music Awards we arranged to meet there and I knew there was a high chance that I was going to meet Michael. Not only, Jones also gave me the ticket for the show and I was a guest at Michael’s table for the after-show dinner offered by Prince Albert at the Hotel de Paris. I met other celebrities there (among them Backstreet Boys, Mariah Carey and Tracy Wilson) who would have paid to be sitting at Michael’s table.
Gianni: First, I believed in the possibility. And then a little perseverance, with few money I’ve often traveled around Europe to followed him on his tours. In Monte Carlo in 1996 a friend was in contact with Wayne, his then-bodyguard, who had “warned” us that the following day Michael was planning to go shopping to a certain store. We reached him and in the middle of all that crowd of fans I have managed to get myself out, “I can dance for Michael!” I yelled, the bodyguard took me and brought me into the store to Michael.
Gessica: Michael was undoubtedly shy, but not scared of physical contact at all. When I met him he was wearing his mask because he hadn’t shaved and vitiligo blotches showed on his face. But he was quite comfortable with my very-Italian way of showing affection. :-)
Gianni: I had the feeling that he was shy, because he often lowered his gaze. But it is not true that he is scared of physical contact! It’s completely false! I danced for him with all my strength, I was sweating and he hugged me without no hesitation! Do you really think that he could be afraid of physical contact?
Q: What’s the thing you will never forget about that experience?
Gessica: His eyes, his humbleness, the presence he had, his perfume and… well, he had embarrassingly enormous hands.
Gianni: Michael’s eyes. I can’t never forget them.
Q: How was, in few words, the meeting: can you tell us something funny or a special moment?
Gessica: The special moment for me was when he hugged me and said that I could kiss him.
Gianni: As I said before I danced for him … the song was “In the Closet”. Michael wanted the song from the beginning … till the end! After we hugged, the funny thing is that I asked “Michael, can I have your autograph?”, and he said,” Sure, but where?” I had nothing with me. So I pulled up the sweater and he autographed my sweaty, white T-shirt. I felt embarrassed, I was soaked, “Michael, I’m sorry …” I told him, but he laughed heartily. Then he called his cameraman who filmed the scene, he was bent, signing my T- shirt, I could only see his hat! What a thrill!
Q: How did you feel at the end of the meeting?
Gessica: On top of the world, but also not wanting to say goodbye. I had a good outburst after the meeting, which resulted in liberating tears.
Gianni: I was overjoyed! It was total dope, I was high as ever!
Did any other meetings with him follow up?
Gessica: No, I didn’t have the chance to meet him again, though I was given the chance to experience more incredible moments thanks to my link with MJJ Productions.
Gianni: During the five days of the Word Music Award I met Michael 3 times: on the stairs of his hotel, in the shop where I danced and during his performance at the World Music Award I was kneeling at one meter from him on stage! If you look for the video on youtube, you can see me!
Q: Please describe in few words who is Michael Jackson for you
Gessica: For me Michael Jackson has always been a constant. Maybe the only constant in my life in addition to music (and of course family). He was a genius, one of the few artists who are really able to be fully connected to the source while making music and dancing. He was that child inside my heart, constantly reminding me of the wonders of the world, he taught me how to always look at the world with the eyes of a child. He was my very special connection to the word Love, a Light being.
Gianni: (he stops talking. A long breath before he’s starting to speak again) Michael … He’s a part of my family. A part of my life. A part of me.
Gessica: When I think of Michael Jackson I always think of perfectionism and to think big. Whatever I do I try to do it according to what he did: think big, do big things that people will enjoy and remember and most of all, always remember to help the others and try to bring some happiness. His being so kind in a world where being aggressive and bold is considered macho and cool reminds me to try and put some kindness in my life everyday. Also, he instilled in me a deep sense of Art.
Gianni: The Dance. I opened the first company in Italy inspired by Michael Jackson Dance Style. But also the respect for the planet, for life and for every living being. My company Dancing The Dream is also an association involved in a lot of charity events.
Q: What do you think about his premature death?
Gessica: It’s no secret to anyone that I believe Michael was murdered on purpose for matters linked to his ATV Sony Publishing catalogue. I think dr. Murray is just the fall guy, but there are huge powers that wanted his death for money and because of the power he had to influence millions of people… there are so many reliable information on the web that can help you get a full picture of how he was framed and eventually killed by “untouchable” corporations. This is well explained in the book I co-wrote with Alessandra Gianoglio, “Michael Jackson Lamb To The Slaughter”, too.
Gianni: I think that Michael Jackson wasn’t meant to die at that time. It may seem risky, but it seems to me like the story of Jesus. Again, for the umpteenth time, Barabbas survived. Why? Why destroying such a beautiful thing rather than protect it? Because, you know, Michael Jackson was destroyed. It was a planned assassination, they planned it arbitrarily. We will never know how much Michael Jackson would have still given to the world. That makes me suffer a lot.
Q: If you could meet him again, what would you say?
Gessica: I’d ask him why he chose to suffer so much. I’d tell him that he doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone. I’d thank him for being such an inspiration and I’d suggest him to leave the show business, retire and enjoy the rest of his life as a human being, not a Trademark. He’d have deserved that after giving 45 years of his life to the show business.
Gianni: (He moves a lot. His voice broke with tears) I would let the moment inspire me. I could not tell. Maybe I’d just hug him. Without saying anything.versione italiana

Aver incontrato Michael Jackson può considerarsi un privilegio quasi irraggiungibile, la star delle star, un sogno che pochi, anche nel mondo dello spettacolo, possono dire di avere realizzato. Ho incontrato due persone speciali che ce l’hanno fatta e da quell’incontro hanno tratto ispirazione, cambiando la loro vita.
Ecco la mia intervista a Gianni D’andria, oggi ballerino professionista e Gessica Puglielli, co- fondatrice di Aunt Betty.
Da quanti anni segui Michael Jackson?
Gessica: Il mio primo ricordo di essermi innamorata di lui risale al 1988, avevo 11 anni. In quel periodo il film Moowalker era al cinema ed io ho visto la pubblicità in TV. La notte seguente ho sognato di essere ad un concerto di Michael Jackson e in un baleno tutti hanno saputo che ero una teen – ager completamente innamorata di lui e della sua magia. Il punto è che oggi ho 35 anni e ancora lo adoro…è stato un viaggio piuttosto lungo, non credi?
Gianni: Lo seguo da 32 anni. Avevo 8 anni quando ho visto il video di thriller, e devo dire grazie a mia madre che già ascoltava la musica dei Jacksons!
Quando l’hai incontrato e dove?
Gessica: L’ho incontrato a Montecarlo, all’Hotel The Paris, in occasione dei Word Music Awards del 2000.

Qual è stato il primo impatto a trovarti davanti al re del Pop?
Gessica: Beh…il primo impatto è che fosse una persona timida, ma allo stesso tempo mi guardava profondamente negli occhi, con quei suoi occhi neri ed immensi. Non potevo crederci di averlo davanti ma ho realizzato che stava succedendo una sorta di incontro ” del terzo tipo”, nel senso che di fronte a me c’era davvero un’anima speciale, la cui vita è stata diversa da qualsiasi altra. Ho percepito la sua aura, la sua energia, si sentita chiaramente di essere di fronte ad una persona totalmente fuori dall’ordinario…e non solo per il suo meraviglioso talento.
Gianni: Ho visto molte Michael da vicino e avevo l’impressione che fosse un essere etereo, che quasi fluttuasse. Come i maestri spirituali. Incontrarlo mi ha dato l’idea che fosse davvero umano, la sua fisicità, il suo sguardo. Si poteva percepire chiaramente ancora quella magia e quell’aura che lo contraddistingue.
Come era vestito, cosa indossava? Puoi descriverlo?
Gessica: Michael era veramente bellissimo, più alto di quanto pensassi, estremamente gentile e umile. La sua voce era più profonda del solito, i suoi occhi così profondi. I media lo hanno ritratto quasi come un “mostro” per così tanti anni che ancora oggi molti pensano che sia così, ma non non era assolutamente così. La bellezza del suo animo traspariva dai suoi occhi e dalla perfezione del suo corpo.
Gianni: Cappello nero, camicia e pantaloni neri, i suoi mocassini. Indossava la mascherina per la vitiligine. Quando l’ho incontrato invece la sera dei Music Awards sulle scale dell’hotel mi hanno colpito i suoi occhi. Neri, profondi ed estremamente comunicativi. Il suo sorriso meraviglioso. Un sorriso senza nessun tipo di malizia. Gioioso e innocente…come quello di un bambino.
Come ti ha accolto?
Gessica: Ci stava aspettando sulla soglia della porta, quando siamo arrivati ci ha fatto un inchino e ci ha stretto la mano. Molte “celebrità” dovrebbero prendere la sua umiltà come esempio.
Gianni: Il mio è stato un incontro particolare, ho avuto la fortuna di poter ballare per lui. Era gentile, curioso, attento a ciò che facevo. Mi guardava dandomi il 100% della sua attenzione e ogni tanto commentava i miei passi con la sua guardia del corpo. Sorrideva compiaciuto e sinceramente divertito. Quando ho finito di ballare si è avvicinato e mi ha abbracciato come un fratello. Rideva era, felice. Mi ha accolto come si accoglierebbe un amico. Nemmeno un istante mi ha fatto “pesare” che lui fosse Michael Jackson ed io Gianni.
Cosa vi siete detti?
Gessica: Gli ho portato come regalo un dipinto molto bello di lui e suo figlio Prince: é stato molto felice, era meravigliato, il dipinto gli è piaciuto davvero molto! Dopo gli ho mostrato il magazine edito dal mio fan club, che andava allora in distribuzione nazionale. Eravamo vicini, braccio contro braccio, e abbiamo sfogliato insieme le pagine della rivista e lui mi diceva quali erano i suoi articoli preferiti ( gli è piaciuto davvero molto uno su Charlie Chaplin) Poi abbiamo fatto una foto, gli ho chiesto se poteva fare una foto con me e lui ha detto “Ma certo!” L’ho abbracciato stretto durante la foto, poi gli ho chiesto se potevo dargli un bacio. Lui mi ha sorriso, mi ha abbracciato e ha detto ” Ma naturalmente che puoi”. Così quello che ho fatto è stato spostargli leggermente la mascherina e schioccargli un bel bacio proprio vicino alle labbra (trad. lett. mascella) mentre lo stringevo stretto stretto! Qualcosa che non dimenticherò per il resto delle mie reincarnazioni!
Gianni: la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è che è stato lui a ringraziare me. Michael Jackson che ringrazia me! Siamo rimasti abbracciati e lui continuava a ringraziarmi sussurrandomi nell’orecchio “Grazie…grazie…Ti voglio bene”. Parlava sottovoce, come se fosse stato un momento unico e solo nostro; era timido, spesso abbassava lo sguardo mente parlava. Mi ha molto colpito.
Come si è comportato?
Gessica: All’inizio sembrava timido, ma dopo era totalmente rilassato.
Gianni: Meglio di quanto avrei mai potuto immaginare. Sapevo che Michael era un uomo speciale. Ha completamente vissuto il momento insieme a me. Umile, dolce, educato…forse molto più umile di me! In quel momento mi ha fatto sentire come se lui non fosse Michael Jackson e io Gianni, ma semplicemente due essere umani in contatto con la bellezza di essere essere umani e condividere un momento speciale insieme.
Cosa hai provato ad averlo così vicino?
Gessica: Per una ragazza di 23 anni che ha sempre sognato di incontrarlo? Fai un po tu! (ride). A volte le emozioni sono talmente forti che non realizzi a pieno quello che ti sta succedendo, come una sorta di protezione. In ogni caso….in quel momento…ero davvero la persona più felice del pianeta.
Gianni: E’ difficile dirlo. Michael ti trasporta. Non è possibile per me parlarne al passato. Lui c’è…è qui. Michael ti trasporta nel suo mondo. Le emozioni scendevamo dentro di me come una cascata in piena! Hai presente quando stai vivendo un momento irripetibile? La nascita di un figlio…o quando incontri la donna della tua vita. Sai che un’emozione unica di un momento unico. Con Michael ho provato quello.
Com’è il suono della sua voce?
Gessica: Come ho detto prima, più profonda della sua voce “pubblica”. Era una voce normale di un uomo, lui non parlava in “falsetto” o cose di questo genere. (Ndt: come spesso ha insinuato la stampa)
Gianni: La sua voce ti dà serenità. Parla in maniera tranquilla, sa metterti a tuo agio. Michael è un mix meraviglioso di sguardi, voce e gestualità. Sei fuori dal tempo, fuori dal mondo. Sei al cospetto di un Maestro, una persona illuminata.
Come hai fatto ad incontrare Michael Jackson? Non è di certo impresa facile!
Gessica: Beh… come fondatrice di uno fra i più attivi fan club europei, mi ero organizzata per visitare la MJJ Production a Los Angeles, ho incontrato il suo manager e Vice Presidente Bob Jones; col fan club ero riuscita ad ottenere una collaborazione ufficiale con la MJJ Production quindi sapevo che era solo questione di tempo prima che potessi incontrare Michael Jackson in persona. Quando Bob Jones mi disse che Michael sarebbe stato in Europa per i Word Music Awards, ci siamo organizzati per incontrarci e sapevo che ci sarebbe stata una forte probabilità di incontrare Michael in quell’occasione. Ma non è finita! Jones mi ha regalato i biglietti per lo show e per l’after party: io ero ospite al tavolo di Michael Jackson alla cena post evento offerta da principe Alberto di Monaco! C’erano molte celebrità lì, (come ad esempio i Backstreet Boys, Mariah Carey e Tracy Wilson) che avrebbero pagato per essere sedute al tavolo di Michael Jackson!
Gianni: Ci ho creduto in primis. E poi un po’ di perseveranza: senza molti soldi sono spesso partito per l’Europa per seguirlo nei suoi tour. A Montecarlo nel 1996 un’ amica era in contatto con Wayne, la sua guardia del corpo che ci ha “avvertito” che il giorno dopo Michael avrebbe fatto shopping in un determinato negozio. Siamo partiti e in mezzo a tutta quella folla di fans sono riuscito a farmi notare: “posso ballare per Michael!” ho urlato, la guardia del corpo mi ha preso e mi ha portato dentro il negozio da Michael.
Molti pensano che MJ sia una persona timida, riservata, che abbia paura dei contatti fisici: è stato così per te?
Gessica: Michael era certamente una persona timida, ma assolutamente non aveva paura dei contatti fisici. Quando l’ho incontrato indossava la mascherina perchè non si era fatto la barba inoltre si vedevano le macchie della vitiligine sulla pelle. Ciononostante sembrava davvero a suo agio con il mio modo tutto italiano di dimostrare affetto! ( ride).
Gianni: Ho avuto la sensazione che fosse timido, abbassava spesso lo sguardo. Ma non è assolutamente vero che ha paura dei contatti fisici! E’ una storia falsa! Ho ballato per lui con tutte le mie forze, ero sudato fradicio e lui mi ha abbracciato senza nessuna remora! Ti pare che possa avere paura dei contatti fisici?
Cosa non dimenticherai mai di quella esperienza?
Gessica: I suoi occhi. La sua umiltà, la sua presenza, il suo profumo…e beh…le sue mani …enormi!
Gianni: Gli occhi di Michael. Non li dimenticherò mai.
Come si è svolto in breve l’incontro? Hai un aneddoto particolare o divertente da raccontarci?
Gessica: Il momento più speciale è stato quando mi ha abbracciato e mi ha detto che potevo baciarlo.
Gianni: Come ho già detto prima ho ballato per lui…la canzone era InThe Closet. Michael l’ha fatta mettere dall’inizio…fino alla fine! Dopo l’abbraccio, la cosa divertente è che gli ho chiesto : Michael, mi fai un autografo?” e lui “Certo, ma dove?”. non avevo nulla con me. Così ho tirato su il maglioncino e lui mi ha autografato la maglietta bianca tutta sudata. Mi sono sentito in imbarazzo, ero fradicio, “Michael, scusa…” gli ho detto ma lui si è fatto una risata di gusto. Ha chiamato il suo cameramen che ha ripreso la scena, lui piegato che mi autografata la maglietta, io gli vedevo solo il cappello! Che emozione!
Cosa hai provato alla fine dell’incontro?
Gessica: Mi sentivo in cima al mondo, e non avrei voluto che finisse mai! Dopo l’incontro mi sono sciolta in un pianto liberatorio.
Gianni: Ero felicissimo. Ero gasato, l’adrenalina a mille!
C’è stato un seguito?
Gessica: No, non l’ho più incontrato, ma ho avuto la possibilità di vivere molti momenti indimenticabili grazie alla collaborazione con la MJJ Production.
Gianni: Nei cinque giorni dei word Music Award ho incontrato Michael 3 volte: sulle scale dell’hotel, nel negozio dove ho ballato e durante la sua performance ai Word Music Award ero inginocchiato ad un metro da lui sul palco! Se cercate il video su youtube, potete vedermi!
Descrivi in una semplice frase chi è per te Michael Jackson
Gessica: Michael è sempre stato una costante nella mia vita (con la musica e la mia famiglia naturalmente). Era un genio, uno dei pochi artisti completamente connesso con “la fonte” attraverso la sua musica e la sua danza. Michael è il bambino che risiede dentro al mio cuore, che mi ricorda costantemente le meraviglie del mondo e colui che mi ha insegnato a guardare il mondo con gli occhi di un bambino. E’ la mia connessione speciale con la parola Amore. E’ un essere di Luce.
Gianni: ( Si ferma. Si emoziona. Un lungo respiro prima di ricominciare a parlare): Michael…è come se fosse parte della mia famiglia. Una parte della mia vita. Una parte di me.
Cosa ti ha ispirato Michael, per la tua vita?
Gessica: Quando penso a Michael Jackson penso alla “perfezione” e all’importanza di pensare in grande. Qualsiasi cosa faccio, cerco di farla nel modo in cui lui l’avrebbe fatta: pensa in grande, fai grandi cose che le persone possano ricordare e che le facciano divertire ma sopratutto ricorda sempre di aiutare gli altri in qualche modo, di portare loro un po’ di felicità. Il suo modo di essere così gentile in un mondo dove essere aggressivi e sfacciati è considerato macho e fa “figo” mi ricorda sempre che è meglio mettere un po’ di gentilezza, ogni giorno, nella vita. Inoltre mi ha ispirato un profondo senso per l’Arte.
Gianni: La Danza. Ho aperto la prima compagnia in Italia ispirata al Michael Jackson Dance Style. Ma anche il rispetto per il pianeta , per la vita e per ogni essere vivente. La mia compagnia Dancing The Dream è anche un’associazione che fa molti eventi di beneficenza.
Cosa pensi della sua morte prematura?
Gessica: Non è più un segreto per nessuno ormai, credo che Michael sia stato ucciso per questioni legate al catalogo Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Penso che il Dott. Murray sia solo il capro espiatorio, perchè ci sono poteri che hanno voluto la sua morte per soldi e per il potere che aveva di influenzare milioni di persone. Ci sono così tante informazioni reperibili sul web che possono aiutare a farsi un quadro completo di come sia stato incastrato e eventualmente ucciso da corporation “intoccabili”. Ho spiegato meglio tutto questo nel libro che ho scritto con Alessandra Gianoglio ”Michael Jackson | L’agnello al Macello”.
Gianni: Penso che Michael Jackson non avrebbe dovuto morire. Potrebbe sembrare azzardato ma a me sembra come la storia di Gesù. Per l’ennesima volta è sopravvissuto Barabba. Perchè? Perchè distruggere una cosa così bella anziché salvaguardarla? Perché Michael Jackson è stato distrutto. E’ stato un assassinio pianificato a tavolino. Non sapremo mai quanto Michael Jackson avrebbe ancora potuto dare al mondo. Questo mi fa soffrire moltissimo.
Se potessi incontrarlo di nuovo, cosa gli diresti?
Gessica: Gli chiederei perché ha scelto di soffrire così tanto. Gli direi che non ha bisogno di dimostrare niente a nessuno. Lo ringrazierei per essere stato una così grande ispirazione e mi permetterei di suggerigli di lasciare il mondo dello spettacolo, di ritirarsi e di vivere felice il resto della sua vita come un essere umano e non come un Trademark. Davvero ne avrebbe tutto il diritto, dopo 45 anni anni della sua vita ( Ndt. su 50) donati al mondo dello show business.
Gianni: (Si emoziona moltissimo. La sua voce è rotta dalle lacrime). Mi lascerei ispirare dal momento. Non lo posso sapere. Magari lo abbraccerei e basta. Non gli direi nulla.
