.JERMAINE JACKSON Paris Jackson Needs DISCIPLINE
Paris Jackson does NOT respect authority ... so says her uncle Jermaine Jackson ... who insinuated that P's cutting incident was an overreaction to being told she couldn't go to a concert.
TMZ broke the story ... Paris was hospitalized last month for slicing her arm with a meat cleaver ... after she became upset at being told she was not allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert.
Sources say Paris' issues stem from her father's death -- which she's had a very hard time dealing with ever since he passed in 2009.
But when we ran into Jermaine in Calabasas yesterday, he told us ... issues be damned, Paris still needs to learn she can't always do whatever she wants.
"[Paris] has to learn there are certain guidelines when you grow up being a teenager," Jermaine said ... "There are rules."
But Jermaine isn't just pointing the finger at Paris ... suggesting P's guardians are to blame -- "I just think that ... things could have been enforced a little stronger."
Jermaine never named names ... so it's unclear if his issues are with T.J., Katherine, or Michael himself.

Paris Jackson non rispetta l'autorità... così dice lo zio Jermaine Jackson, che ha insinuato che l'incidente in cui Paris si è tagliata è stata una reazione eccessiva per essersi sentita dire che non poteva andare a un concerto.
TMZ aveva pubblicato la storia per prima: Paris era stata ricoverata in ospedale il mese scorso per essersi tagliata il braccio con un coltello da cucina dopo che si era arrabbiata perché le era stato detto che non aveva il permesso di assistere ad un concerto di Marilyn Manson
Fonti dicono che i problemi di Paris derivano dalla morte di suo padre, che ha avuto molte difficoltà ad affrontare da quando lui è morto nel 2009.
Ma quando ci siamo imbattuti in Jermaine a Calabasas ieri ci ha detto che Paris deve ancora imparare che non può fare sempre quello che vuole.
"[Paris] deve imparare ci sono alcune linee guida quando si diventa adolescenti," ha detto Jermaine. "Ci sono delle regole."
Ma Jermaine non punta solo il dito contro Paris ... suggerendo che i tutori di Paris sono da biasimare. "Penso solo che... le cose avrebbero potuto essere imposte in modo più determinato".
Jermaine non ha fatto nomi... quindi non è chiaro se si riferisca a TJ, Katherine, o allo stesso Michael
