Michael Jackson is about to be dragged into another child sex abuse scandal, four years after his death - a top choreographer has come forward with fresh allegations about what went on behind closed doors at the King of Pop's homes in Las Vegas and Santa Barbara, California.

Wade Robson, who has worked with stars like Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, has filed legal papers in California claiming Jackson molested him when he was a young boy.

In the documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Robson, who is now 30, reveals he first met the late pop superstar when he was five and they developed a friendship that lasted for almost a decade.

In 2005, the choreographer took the stand in his old friend's child molestation trial in Santa Barbara and insisted Jackson had never molested him during several sleepovers at his Neverland Ranch and Las Vegas homes, but now it appears he has changed his story.

Robson's lawyer filed legal documents last week (01May13) asking a judge to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against Jackson's estate.

The choreographer's complaint "for childhood sexual abuse" has been sealed in an effort to keep the details from the media.

TMZ.com reports that Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, has testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Robson when he was eight or nine.
