Rowe gave birth to Prince Michael, 16, and Paris, 15 while Blanket, 11, was born to another surrogate mother who had no idea Jackson would be the father.

"Michael saw himself as the father of the creation of his kids, but is not medically their father. He had this dream that his kids should be from the greatest genetics. And he was adamant that his kids came from intelligent, respected, healthy genes.

According to US website TMZ, the Jackson family has asked the judge hearing their case in Los Angeles to ban any evidence raising doubts about the paternity of the kids, branding it “irrelevant”.

It is believed they fear AEG, who had signed Jacko for 50 farewell gigs in 2009, may use the paternity issue to claim the children are not the singer’s and therefore have no right to any compensation.

Lawyers for the family are also said to have asked for a ban on any mention of child molestation claims made against Jacko in 2003 and any mention of his £100million debts.

AEG have countered by warning they have “irrefutable” proof Jackson did not father Prince and Paris.

They also denied they had hired disgraced doc Conrad Murray and insisted Jacko, 50, did that himself – making the singer responsible for his own death.

Jacko’s mum Katherine, Prince Michael and Paris are all expected to give evidence.

They are likely to be joined by pop superstars Prince and Diana Ross as well as his ex-wives Debbie Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis.

Last week the Sunday People revealed former Oliver! child star Mark – godfather to all Jacko’s kids – believes there is a “good possibility” he is their biological dad.

The 54-year-old British actor, who was Michael’s best pal for 30 years, donated sperm to the superstar a year before the singer’s first child was born.

Now Mark, who has not been allowed to see any of the youngsters since Michael died, insists he is prepared to take a DNA test to prove the singer’s children are really his.

The 30-year-old wants millions of pounds compensation from the Jackson estate.

At a 2005 trial when Jacko was cleared of child abuse, Aussie Wade had denied being molested by the star.

But the dancer – who has worked with the likes of Britney Spears – has now made fresh claims in legal papers filed in the US.

He says he regularly stayed at Jacko’s Neverland ranch between the ages of seven and 14.
